Rules
These are all of the rules. There are no others elsewhere. Every challenge is judged by the rules in force when it was bought: if we publish different rules tomorrow, a challenge bought today is still judged by these.
Structure
A two-phase evaluation, then a funded account. No paid options and no extras: the listed price is the whole price.

How loss is measured
This is what disputes are about, so this is the part we write most precisely.
On equity, not on balance
Both limits are measured on account equity, meaning your balance plus or minus any open positions. A losing position counts the moment it is open. You cannot stay inside a limit by holding a loss open.
Daily loss: 4%
Each day, your starting point is your equity at the first reading taken from midnight UTC onwards. That point is recorded and does not move for the rest of the day. If your equity falls more than 4% below it, the day is lost and the challenge is over.
That starting point is your equity as actually read, not a reconstruction of what it was at 00:00:00. It is kept from one reading to the next: nobody gets a second 4% allowance part-way through a day.
Total loss: 8%, static
The floor sits 8% below your account's starting balance and never moves. It does not rise when you win. A floor that trails up creeps towards you quietly; this one stays where it is.
How often we look
Your account is read automatically about every five minutes. Every reading is timestamped and kept. A limit crossed between two readings is recognised at the next one: the reading is what counts, in both directions.
What you get if you dispute it
If your challenge is stopped on a rule, we give you the exact equity, the exact floor and the exact timestamp of the reading that caused the decision. Every decision points at a recorded reading; without one, it is not taken.
Trading days
A trading day is a day on which at least one position was closed. You need at least 5 of them per phase. There is no maximum and no time limit: take as long as you need.
Consistency rule: 40%
No single day may account for more than 40% of your total profit for the phase. It applies to the evaluation and to the funded account alike.
Why: one lucky shot does not demonstrate a repeatable skill, and a repeatable skill is what we are funding.
Going over it triggers a manual review. The account stays open and stays monitored during that review, and no decision is automatic.
Inactivity: 30 days
An account with no closed position for 30 consecutive days is closed. It is not a penalty and it is not recorded as a risk breach: an unused account costs us to monitor. You can buy another challenge at any time.
Payouts
Your share: 80%
You keep 80% of the profit made on the funded account. That percentage is fixed and cannot be bought up.
21-day cycles
A cycle runs 21 days and must contain at least 5 trading days. At the end of it you request the payout from your account page and an operator approves it. That is the one step we deliberately keep human.
How you are paid
In FCFA, by Mobile Money, to the number you registered with. The funded account is denominated in dollars: the conversion rate used is recorded on your payout request so you can check the arithmetic.
A refusal comes with a reason
If a payout is refused, you are told why. A reason you cannot check is not a reason.
What ends a challenge
Three things, and nothing else:
- A daily loss beyond the limit.
- A total loss below the static floor.
- 30 consecutive days with no closed position.
When a challenge ends on one of those, the account is frozen: we set its balance to the broker's minimum, which leaves no margin to trade with, and any position still open is closed out by the broker. The password is then changed and the account is archived. That happens at the broker, so it takes effect within minutes rather than instantly, and we do not close your positions ourselves: anything you trade after the timestamp of the reading that ended the challenge does not count, in either direction. You are told, and you get the reading the decision was made on.
The accounts
Evaluation accounts are simulated
Phase 1 and phase 2 run on demo accounts. No order is sent to a live market and you deposit no trading capital with us. What you pay is an evaluation fee.
Your credentials
Your MT5 login, server and trading password are shown in your account page. We will never ask you for that password, through any channel. We watch your account through read-only access that we hold and that you never need.
One funded account per person
Identity verification is required before any funded account, and one identity document can carry only one funded account.
Changes to these rules
If we change these rules, the change applies only to challenges bought after it is published. A challenge's terms are recorded when it is bought and follow it to the end.
