How it works

   Enter, which takes a minute

   You need an account on the site and your Mobile Money number. The number is how a cash prize reaches you, so it has to be yours.

2. 2

   Wait for the gun on 23 September

   Your $5,000 account and its login arrive by e-mail that morning. Nobody gets one earlier, so an entry on day one and an entry today are worth the same.

3. 3

   Trade for 30 days

   Under the limits above, on a real platform. The leaderboard is public and moves through the day as the monitor reads equity.

4. 4

   Prizes on 23 October

   Trading stops at 07:00, the board is verified, and prizes go out. Cash to Mobile Money, discount codes by e-mail.

The rules are the challenge rules

A 4% daily loss limit and a 8% total loss limit, measured on equity including open positions. A breach puts you out, whatever your position at the time. There is no profit target: the highest return at the deadline wins.

Ties are broken by lower max drawdown, then fewer trades.

• 1-3: 100% off a $3,000 challenge
• 4-9: 60% off a $3,000 challenge
• 10-20: 40% off a $3,000 challenge
• #1: 60,000 FCFA in cash, sent to your Mobile Money.

Prizes are announced in full before the start and are never revised downward. A code is personal, tied to your Mobile Money number, and valid for 30 days.
